Spring Break in Greece for Students and Alumni

Reservations are acknowledged in order of receipt until the maximum enrollment has been reached. Please fill out the traveler information. A deposit of $1,000 per person is required to reserve a space on one of our trips. Some trips require an additional deposit. You will be contacted by Harvard Alumni Travels to confirm receipt of your registration.
 
 

  Program Rates

Alumni & Guest (Standard Price): $4,995 pp double occupancy / $5,990 single occupancy
Harvard College Student rate: $2,995 pp double occupancy
Harvard Graduate Student rate: $3,995 pp double occupancy

  Program Costs Inclusions

Seven nights’ hotel accommodations; arrival transfer from Athens International Airport to Nafplio for those who arrive in time for the scheduled group transfer on March 14; all group transportation throughout program, activities, excursions, and entrance fees; all meals as indicated in the itinerary; tour manager throughout program; gratuities for guides, drivers and restaurant staff at included meals; personal listening devices for guided excursions; bottled water on coach.

  Program Costs Exclusions

U.S. domestic and international airfare; arrival transfer from Athens International Airport to Nafplio for those arriving outside of the scheduled group transfer on March 14; departure transfer; passport or visa fees; airport departure taxes; baggage or trip cancellation insurance; additional hotel nights, optional excursions or deviation from the scheduled tour; excess baggage charges; medical expenses; meals not specified in the itinerary or special meals not on the menu; dishes and beverages not part of included meals; laundry; telephone; email or fax charges; room service; and other items of a purely personal nature.

  Reservations, Deposits, & Final Payment

To reserve a place on this program, a $1,000 per person deposit is required.

Final Payments are due December 13, 2025.

  Cancellations

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing by HAA from the participant. Cancellations received before 90 days prior to departure will be charged a $500 per person administrative fee; cancellations received 89 days or less prior to departure are subject to 100% forfeiture of all deposits and payments. No refunds are given for cancellation on or after the day of departure, or for unused portions of the tour, for any reason.
*We recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
