Reservations are acknowledged in order of receipt until the maximum enrollment has been reached. Please fill out the traveler information. A deposit of $ 2,000 per person is required to reserve a space on one of our trips. Some trips require an additional deposit. You will be contacted by Harvard Alumni Travels to confirm receipt of your registration.

Double Occupancy: $7,995 per person double occupancy
Single Occupancy: $9,295

  Program Costs Inclusions

Transport by coach, arrival and departure transfers at specified times on arrival and departure, All meals specified in the outline itinerary including wine and soft drinks. 7 Breakfasts, 5 Lunches, 4 Dinners. All gratuities, except for non group activities such as private excursions and transfers. Local guides and visits as specified in the itinerary, Wines at tastings, Lecture room hire with A/V, An Iberian Wine Tours tour director, Baggage handling at hotels, Free Wifi is available at all hotels.

  Reservations, Deposits, & Final Payment

To reserve a place on this program, a $2,000 per person deposit is required.

Final Payments are due January 6, 2027.

  Cancellations

Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to haatravels@harvard.edu. Cancellations received within 14 days of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided that the initial deposit was made at least 121 days prior to departure. After the 14-day grace period has passed, or if the deposit was made fewer than 121 days prior to departure, the following cancellation fees apply: Within 14 days of booking (if booked at least 121 days before departure): Full refund; 120 days or more prior to departure: $1,000 per person; 119–91 days prior to departure: 50% of the trip cost per person; 90 days prior to departure or fewer: 100% of the trip cost per person; On or after the day of departure: No refunds will be given for cancellations or for unused portions of the tour, for any reason
