Due to construction, there is no direct street and sidewalk access to the Main Entrance (48 Quincy), but the doors are open. We encourage you to use the 1767 Cambridge Street Entrance. You will not need card access during event hours.

To bypass the stairs on Quincy Street, please head towards the Swedenborg Chapel and use the ramp located near the blue bike station to enter.

Take the elevator adjacent to the registration table up to the 4th floor. Exit the elevator and turn right. Walk through the trays and the doors straight ahead, then turn left. The lactation room and interfaith prayer room will be located on your left. There will be signs posted along the way to direct you.

Childcare: For assistance with childcare needs, we recommend reserving childcare through Care.com. In addition, with advance notice, most hotels may be able to arrange for childcare.

 

 

COVID-19 Policy: Our top priority is the health and safety of our guests. We ask that you read all communications from the University regarding current policies and protocols, including Harvard University policies.

• Keep current with COVID-19 vaccination. Harvard highly recommends being up to date per the CDC definition for all Harvard community members, including faculty, staff, researchers, visitors, and vendors who will have any on-campus presence.
• Keep a face mask handy. Face masks are now optional in most spaces. We strongly encourage carrying one at all times and recommend voluntary masking in crowded settings, especially indoors. In limited circumstances, some event venues may require face coverings.
• Stay home if you feel sick. Test if you have symptoms and don't assume it's merely a cold or allergies. Test if you have COVID-19 exposure, even if you do not have symptoms.
• If you test positive, isolate, and follow CDC guidelines. Abide by the isolation guidelines listed on CDC.gov. Notify close contacts and check in with your health care provider if you are high risk.

 

Masking is optional inside Gund Hall.

EEE:Some Comeback events will be held in outdoor tents, including Beer 'N Dogs and the Alumni & Friends Dinner Reception.
